I have been going to Julie for years now. She is the best in the business as far as I’m concerned! This new salon matches her talent levels. It is beautiful, elegant, luxurious, and just amazing. They added in a new drink menu as well! It is in a new plaza that is still being built. The salon is still settling in, but they do it seamlessly. Totally worth every penny! Latest photos are of new technique Julie is trying. I LOVE them!

First time at Venetian. Mimi provided exceptional service. She was thorough and detailed. I opted for the Elite service. The gel polish application met my expectations precisely. I selected a red shade with sparkles. I will definitely be going back. Thank you so much Mimi for pampering me today!

I’ve been going here for a few months now and truly love the vibe. At times, the wait can be frustrating, but the quality of the pedicures and builder gel makes up for it. I specifically see Nicole for builder gel sets, and she is extremely attentive and kind. She’s been helping me with my natural nail growth journey since August and I’ve seen the most growth since! Most recently, I also received a pedicure from Sam and it was amazing!

After a terrible experience I had a few days prior at a salon I decided to come here instead of complain to the other salon. I walked in sort of bummed about spending more money but I can tell you Austin helped make my week! He showed he cared and takes pride in his craft and he made me feel like a pretty lady again. Updated Review! Upon seeing my initial review, Danny contacted me immediately to correct the issue and redo my manicure (free of charge). They rescheduled me with a new tech, Kristine. They also notified me that this issue would be reported to the staff, and proper training would be given. Kristine was friendly, gentle on my nails, and did a fantastic manicure. She made my nails look better than before! She kept checking on me to make sure I was comfortable, and that my nails/surrounding skin didn’t hurt. I really appreciated her extra care. It was a night and difference from my initial appointment. I was actually relaxed! I am grateful that this business values quality work and wants their clients to be happy with their service. Thank you Danny and Kristine for taking the time to remedy this situation. - - - - - - - - - - - - 1/3/2026 Worst builder gel manicure I’ve ever received. This place normally does a great job, but I tried a new tech today, Sam, (I normally go with Nicole who I LOVE but I couldn’t get into see her before I went out of town-my mistake, I should have scheduled the appointment ahead of time) and this manicure is just not acceptable. Sam was really hard on my hands, my nail bed burned with the drill, and my skin around my thumbs was raw from the file. During the filing at the end of the process, most of the polish was removed from the sides of my nails. I still have polish left on my skin. He was very rough with my hands and I felt like I was inconveniencing him. I am so disappointed, and hope to reschedule with a new tech (free of charge) who can correct this. Hoping to hear back from the salon soon so they can get me in and correct this manicure. My skin hurts. I’m so frustrated. My grown out nails looked better than this nightmare.
